Jess, a native of the Pacific Northwest, whose roots in competitive basketball extend to the collegiate level. Armed with a BA in Psychology, Jess discovered a draw to utilizing positive psychology for mindset development and its connection in overall fitness.
In March 2015, Jess embarked on her own fitness journey, overcoming challenges of fluctuating weight, unhealthy dietary habits, diminished self-esteem, and the profound loss of her mother to cancer in 2013. It was a journey that changed the game.
Now, with over 7.5 years of hands-on coaching experience, Jess caters to individuals of all ages and skill levels(specifically beginners to intermediate), specializing in instilling confidence through strength training. Jess holds a number of certifications including a Pre & Postnatal Strength Training and boasts a diverse skill set on top of that.
Her vision revolves around empowering women to surpass physical and mental boundaries, fostering a supportive community.
Devoted to her clients' success and well-being, Jess challenges them to strive for their utmost potential. Her coaching methodology centers on transparency and authenticity, emphasizing a well-balanced lifestyle through strength training, nutrition, and mental health.
